Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Silicon Nexus LLC ("we") about using Stacked Souls (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The Game is a roguelike deckbuilder built on poker hands, with a solo journey and online Soul Duels for up to 4 players. In-game money, souls and items exist only within a run; they have no real-world value and cannot be bought with money, exchanged for money or goods, or transferred between players. The Game has no in-app purchases and no real-money gambling.

2. Accounts

• A guest account is created automatically when you go online. You can link Apple or Google, or move the account to a new phone with a transfer code. A guest account's sign-in lives only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Keep transfer codes and PINs safe. Each device can use a limited number of accounts.
• Accounts are for your own use and may not be sold, lent or transferred.

3. Prohibited conduct

Do not use cheats, scripts or modified clients; tamper with or forge communication with our servers (including reporting scores you did not make); exploit bugs; disrupt the servers; impersonate others; or use names that are illegal, harassing, discriminatory or sexual.

4. Enforcement and appeals

When we confirm a violation we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account. To appeal, email support@nyxnet.cc.

5. Intellectual property

The Game's software, art, text and sound belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use it. Except as the law allows, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit it.

6. Changes and interruptions

We may suspend or change the service for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control, or require you to update to a new version. Disconnecting during a Soul Duel counts as being knocked out.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Game is provided "as is". We are not responsible for interruptions caused by networks, devices or events beyond our control, nor do we owe real-world compensation for lost in-game progress or items; liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law is not affected.

8. Closing your account

You can request deletion in the Game at any time; the account is deleted after a 30-day grace period. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy. We may stop providing the service to you for serious violations.

9. If you got the Game from the App Store

If you downloaded the Game from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and Silicon Nexus LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content and has no obligation to maintain or support it. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no warranty obligation for the Game. Claims relating to the Game (including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual-property infringement) are ours to handle, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms and any applicable third-party agreements.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We announce significant changes in the Game before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after that means you accept the updated terms.
